Timbre Wines

TIMBRE (pronounced TAM·ber or TIM·ber) is the “color” of music. It is what makes two voices sound different, even when singing the same song. It is why two winemakers, working with the same vineyards, make unique wine. As a terroir-driven winery, we make wines expressive of the places and times from which they came. As winemakers, we channel those sites through our experience, adding our own mark- our TIMBRE- to the resulting wines.

Founded by Joshua Klapper, TIMBRE WINERY is the culmination of years of hard work, and dedication to our craft. It is winemaking expressed through the universal language of musical sound.

TIMBRE WINERY is committed to sustainable practices in its vineyard and product sourcing, as well as its production.

1 | 2019 Albarino, B de E, Shale Oak Vineyard, Paso Robles
Notes of lemon blossom, honey, pineapple & tropical aromas initially greet your nose. In the mouth, the wine mimics the aromas in the nose, creating a nice balance between the acid & leading to a refreshing taste.

2 | 2016 Tempranillo, B de E, Laetitia Vineyard, Central Coast
This wine has a nose that captures notes of cherry jam, goat cheese, green meadow & oak. While it is bold in flavor, its smooth & easy to drink. Pairs well with pizza & red meats.

3 | Work & Play “La Manzana” Cider
Medium bodied dry cider with round mouth feel from the barrel aged chardonnay. Pantry Staff Favorite!!

Paradise Pantry owners, Kelly and Tina, created one of the first restaurants in Ventura county to showcase wine and cheese pairings. They were inspired by the rich history of artisan wine and cheese producers in both Europe and America. These “pairings” are complemented in imaginative ways.

It is fun and so delicious to sample something new all year long. Become a member of our Paradise Pantry Wine Club.
